We answer email, usually within one business day. We do not operate a live chat or a phone line — we would rather tell you that than leave you waiting on one nobody is staffing.

Including your order number and the email address on your account gets you a real answer in the first reply rather than the second.

Charges from us appear as SCORCH PACKS. Your bank may shorten it or add a prefix, so the line on your statement can look slightly different — if it resembles that, it is us.

Email support@scorchpacks.com before contacting your bank. We can usually explain or resolve it the same day, and a dispute filed first takes weeks to unwind for both of us.
