Free Entry — No Purchase Necessary

You can enter any Scorch giveaway for free, by mail, without buying anything. A free entry counts exactly the same as an entry that came with a purchase. Buying packs does not improve your odds.

Send a postcard or a piece of paper in an envelope containing:

• Your full name
• Your mailing address
• Your email address
• Your date of birth (you must be 18 or older)
• The name of the giveaway you are entering

Each valid request receives entries per request pending · A3, the same entries a purchase would provide at the equivalent rate.

• Entries must be handwritten and each request mailed separately in its own envelope or postcard. Photocopied, printed, or mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible.
• Requests must be postmarked before the promotion's entry deadline and received within receipt window pending of it.
• The same per-person entry limit applies as to any other method: per-person cap pending · B2 per promotion.
• Postage is your responsibility. We do not reimburse it.

We record your entry the day it is processed and email you a confirmation. If you do not already have a Scorch account, we create one for you so that we can reach you if you win and so you can see your entry — you will receive a link to claim it.

Free entrants receive the same welcome card and the same commemorative card at the end of a giveaway as anyone who bought a pack. The free route is not a lesser experience.

Before each drawing we publish a cryptographic fingerprint of the complete entry list, then draw using a public randomness beacon that is generated after that fingerprint is fixed. You can confirm your entry was included and that the result follows from the published number. The method is described in the Official Rules.
